INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup crumbled paneer
- 1/4 cup onions chopped
- 1/4 cup boiled crushed peas
- 2tbsp chopped coriander leaves
- 1tsp ginger green chili paste
- 1tsp chat masala
- salt to taste
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 6 bread slices (small)
- 1 cup milk
- oil for frying
METHOD
- in one tsp oil saute' onion, add ginger chili paste, fry few seconds, add boiled peas fry for 30 seconds
- add paneer with rest of the ingredients, mix well.
- dip bread slice in milk squeeze out excess milk.
- put the paneer filling on the slice;roll in to a ball
- fry these balls till golden brown.
- serve paneer balls with coriander chutney or tomato sauce.
